Where do I park? Is Parking free?
Parking around the venue is limited and paid. We highly recommend using Ride Share services (Uber/Careem/Taxi) or Public Transportation to avoid traffic congestion.
Is food available for sale? Can I bring my own?
A variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the venue.
Outside Food: Strictly NO outside food or beverages are permitted.
Dietary Restrictions: If you have severe food allergies or specific medical dietary requirements, please contact us in advance at support@onepulseevent.com for assistance.
Is there a coat check, bag check area, or lockers?
No. There are no storage facilities, lockers, or coat checks available at the venue.

Important: Prohibited items found during security screening cannot be stored. Guests will be asked to discard prohibited items or return them to their vehicles. We are not responsible for any items left unattended.

Is there a Lost & Found area at the venue?
No. Please be aware that there is no official Lost & Found service provided by the event organizers.

Can we line up outside the venue before the show?
While we appreciate your excitement, please be respectful of the venue surroundings and public walkways. Please follow the instructions of the venue security staff upon arrival.
Can I bring fan banners or slogans to support the artists?
Yes! We love seeing your passion and support for the artists. However, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, and to comply with the venue policies and local laws, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
Size Limit: All banners and slogans must be A4 size (approx. 30 x 42 cm) or smaller.
Material: Paper or flexible cloth only. No poles, sticks, or hard frames are allowed.
Storage: Banners must differ to be folded and fit inside your permitted personal bag.
Content Restrictions:
Banners must not contain any political, religious, or offensive content.
National flags of any country are not permitted.
Please ensure all slogans and imagery are respectful of local cultural sensitivities and laws.
Security reserves the final right to confiscate any banner deemed inappropriate or non-compliant at the entry gates.
Are Lightsticks allowed? Will there be Light-sticks available for purchase?
Yes, fans are welcome to bring their official lightsticks to support the artists!
Where is the event venue?
The event will be held at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.
Is KRAZY Super Concert for All Ages?
Yes, ALL AGES are welcomed to attend the KRAZY Super Concert - Dubai. Minors sixteen (16) and under must be accompanied by an adult to attend the show. Please note that all attendees must be a ticket holder to enter the event no matter what age they are.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Debit and Credit Cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for secure online payments.
Can I use installment payments?
Yes. We offer Tabby as a payment option, allowing you to pay in 4 installments with no interest and no additional fees.
Is there any extra fee when using Tabby?
Yes. All Tabby transactions are subject to a payment processing fee of AED 200, applied at checkout.
Where do I get tickets?
Tickets are first available through presale access. We strongly recommend signing up for presale for the best chance to secure tickets before they sell out.
If tickets remain after presale, they will be released during general on-sale.
I am having problems with buying the tickets! What do I do?

What does a General Admission (GA) ticket include?
A General Admission ticket gives you full access to the festival experience. You’ll enjoy entry to KRAZY Super Concert, access to all GA areas, live performances, bars and food vendors, and interactive festival activations throughout the night.
What is Golden Circle, and how is it different from GA?
Besides being closer to the stage, the Golden Circle is an upgraded experience designed for fans who want to get in early and skip the lines. It includes Fast Lane entry, early access to the festival grounds, and 10% off official KRAZY merchandise.
What’s included with a VIP ticket?
VIP is the ultimate KRAZY experience. It includes dedicated VIP Fast Lane entry, early access to merchandise, , elevated viewing areas, and premium festival comfort throughout the night.
For VIP Tier 1, get access to complimentary food and beverage offerings.
Is VIP worth it?
VIP is ideal for guests who want a seamless, elevated experience—from arrival to the final set. If comfort, convenience, and top-tier access matter to you, VIP delivers the full experience.
Do all ticket types get access to the performances?
Yes. All ticket tiers—GA, Golden Circle, and VIP—include full access to live performances at KRAZY Super Concert. The difference is in entry speed, perks, and overall experience.
If I buy VIP Tickets, can I go into the Golden Circle?
No, VIP Ticket Tiers and Golden Circle Ticket Tiers are two separate Ticket Types in two separate sections that cannot be crossed over.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. Strict no re-entry policy applies. Once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the venue, you may not leave and re-entre.
