In addition to the Terms and Conditions set forth in Terms, the following shall apply to any purchase you make through the ticketing service (the “Service”) and any use of a ticket issued by the Service. By entering Dubai Media City Amphitheatre for the KRAZY Super Concert, each ticket holder agrees to the following:

General Conditions:
Entry into Dubai Media City Amphitheatre (the “Venue”) for the KRAZY Super Concert is subject to the following General Conditions of Entry (“General Conditions”) which may change at any time at the discretion of the KRAZY brand and the Organiser:

Access:
 

• Ticket Requirement: Arena access is only permitted to those who are in possession of a valid ticket or accreditation pass (“Ticket Holder”). All children and infants (regardless of age, including newborns) must have a Ticket in order to attend the Event.
   

• All Standing Policy: This is an all-standing event. There are no seated areas.
   

• Minors & Accompaniment: Any Ticket Holder below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/parent aged 21 or over.
   

• Parental Consent: The accompanying parent/adult hereby represents that he/she has consented to the child’s participation and/or attendance to the Event at the Venue and accepts these Conditions of Entry for itself and that child. Such adult/parent takes full responsibility for that child.
   

• Refusal of Entry: The KRAZY brand and the Organiser reserve the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission / evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly / inappropriate or who poses a threat to the security or enjoyment of other event attendees.
   

• No Re-entry Policy: There is a strict no re-entry policy. Once a Ticket Holder has entered the Venue and their ticket has been scanned, they will not be permitted to leave the Venue and re-enter.
   

• Dangerous Items: Refuse entry of items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance.
   

• Unauthorized Tickets: Refuse entry to any person who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorized source, including a ticket scalper and/or a fraudulent ticket.
   

• Smoking: Smoking within the crowd is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes, vapes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Designated smoking areas are available.
   

• No Solicitation: All visitors, delegates and Guests attending the Venue must not solicit, attempt to sell or distribute any goods, advertisements, promotional or political materials (or similar), etc. to persons attending the Venue or within the Venue premises.
   

• Search Policy: The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including, but not limited to, recording devices, outside food/drinks, and controlled or dangerous substances.
   

• Standing Area Rules: Guests must remain in the designated standing area.
   

• Discretion: Entry into the Venue is solely at the discretion of the KRAZY brand and the Organiser; any disruptive and/or intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry.

Licensed Venue:

The Venue is a licensed venue and as such the following provisions apply:

• Strictly NO Outside Food & Beverage: No external food or alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages (including water) will be permitted entry to the Venue.

​

• Alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the Venue / Licensed Premises.

​

• Alcohol is prohibited to anyone under the age of 21 years.

​

• Photo ID must be presented if requested by staff.

​

• It is an offence to purchase for, or supply liquor to a minor.

​

• On some occasions all drinks may be decanted, which increases the risk of spills.

​

• Slippage Warning: Guests are advised that drink spillage could occur at any event, which may result in the floor becoming slippery. The KRAZY brand and the Organiser will make all reasonable efforts to prevent slippage, however, cannot guarantee nor be held liable for any injuries or damage resulting from any Guest slipping in the Venue or its premises.

• The KRAZY brand and the Organiser have the right to refuse alcohol to any individual, at their sole discretion.

​

• The following forms of ID are acceptable within the Venue:

  • A current Passport with a photograph

  • A current UAE Resident Identity Card with a photograph

​

• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

Filming and Photography:

There will be filming, photography and recording at all KRAZY events.

​

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of payment, disclaimer of liability and release of any and all recording, filming and photography before attending the Venue (or surrounding Premises). When you enter the Venue, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording will occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or for any other purpose by the KRAZY brand and the Organiser, its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of the KRAZY brand and the Organiser. You release the Venue, Owner, KRAZY brand and the Organiser, including any of its employees and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, social media, advertising, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by the Venue, KRAZY brand and the Organiser or the person or entity designated on behalf of the KRAZY brand and the Organiser.

KRAZY brand and the Organiser advise that you may be recorded on either commercial broadcast or CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) upon entry and throughout the Venue for safety and security purposes.

THIRD-PARTY ACTIVATIONS:

The products, activations, services, and/or brands displayed in the Venue are provided by third-party vendors. KRAZY brand and the Organiser do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party advertisements, promotions, or offerings presented during this event.

KRAZY brand and the Organiser, its affiliates and representatives will not be liable for any claims, complaints, penalties, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from any and all activations set up, branded, or operated by third parties including organizer activations in or around the Venue premises.

Prohibited Items:

The following prohibited items are not allowed in the KRAZY event site. These items may change, without notice and at the complete discretion of the KRAZY brand and the Organiser in conjunction with each event:

​

• Backpacks of any size will not be permitted to enter.

• Large Bags: No Bags larger than the approved size of 15cm H x 20cm are permitted and must be a sling handle bag and remain on your person.

• All Outside Food and Beverage: Strictly no commercial food, fast food, water, or drinks of any kind.

• iPads / tablets / Laptops / Power banks (larger than the approved size of 5.9in X 2.7in X 0.55in).

• Professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens, telephoto lens or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera (flash photography is not permitted).

• Recording devices.

• Selfie Sticks / monopods or tripods.

• Alcohol or illegal substances of any kind.

• Cans, glass bottles, and vacuum flasks of any material.

• No guest signage permitted unless authorized by government permits.

• Chewing Gum, hard cased cooler bags.

• Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile.

• Tennis balls / golf balls / footballs / basketballs or the like.

• Chairs / stools: Folding chairs or camping stools are not permitted.

• Chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts.

• Fireworks or flares.

• Laser Pointers, permanent markers / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters.

• Drones and or other remote-controlled devices.

• Motorbike helmets or balaclavas.

• Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles, air horns or Vuvuzela type of noise making devices.

• Flags, banners, posters or signs larger than 30cm x 30cm, flag pole not attached, and content must not be offensive in any nature.

• Umbrellas longer than 300mm (when in the closed position).

• Strollers, prams and baby capsules.

• Bicycles, skateboards / skates / scooters.

• Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs).

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING STORAGE & LOST AND FOUND:

Please be advised that there are NO Cloakroom / Storage facilities (lockers) available at the Venue. NO Lost & Found services are provided. KRAZY and the Organiser will not accept responsibility for any items brought to the venue that are prohibited. Guests must leave prohibited items at home or in their vehicles. Items cannot be stored at the entrance.
